The emphasis is on advanced Project Management techniques in particular Planning & Scheduling, Cost Control, Change Control, Risk Management, Reporting and Contract Administration. We are a global company (albeit a small start-up at this time) and pride ourselves on our ability to support projects to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
