Web Design Brief
Procon 8 Management Limited is a company which provides specialist Project Control and Contract Management expertise to the Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing industries. The emphasis is on advanced Project Management techniques in particular Planning & Scheduling, Cost Control, Change Control, Risk Management, Reporting and Contract Administration. We are a global company (albeit a small start-up at this time) and pride ourselves on our ability to support projects to help them achieve their goals and objectives. Our aim is to implement work class control tools in a simple and user friendly manner. We would like the website to appear professional but at the same time easy to navigate and a good balance between text and pictures. The final design should communicate our value added service to our customers, our willingness to support and our structured approach to our work.

Please include pictures and photographs related to project management in the engineering, construction and manufacturing industries. We may supplement with pictures of our own during the next steps.
