So the submission file should be an indesign file? Or should it be included in the source files.
I can work out indeesign but i generally make the design proposal in jpg. Is it ok for you as well the design proposal in jpgs?

Yes the proposal can be in jpeg - if you are selected as a finalist you will need to submit the source files :)
