When you mention ready for printing, you mean you want a nice visual ready to be printed on paper, or you expect an accurate 3d model ready for 3d printers?
Design approach may be slightly differents.

There seems to be a problem when I try to open the stp, what program was it created in? Do you have the model in another form or file?

Maybe I misunderstood your task. Is the model you uploaded malformed, and you want it re-created? because It is when I open it, even in Tinkercad. If that's not it, then the model may have been damaged.
If you have technical drawings I can re-create the model.
