Graphic Design Brief

I am in the process of creating a new website for signmee.com to replace the existing one. I have got a basic template (look and feel) that I would like to adhere to. This can be seen in the attached file. What I am after is an illustration to explain how Signmee works, to be displayed on the site. I have shown roughly what I want (highlighted in yellow in the attached file called Website draft). Obviously my example is very crude/rough. I would like a simple graphic created to show the flow of Signmee.
Essentially, Signmee is an online forms management system. What makes Signmee special is the fact that online forms can be sent to customers personal Signmee inboxes. From the inbox, a user opens a form and responds/signs it. The form is then stored in the Inbox for later reference. Once a form is signed, a copy of the response is immediately available for the sender.

PROCESS 1 to illustrate...

In the diagram I would like to illustrate the following workflow:
1. A business converts a paper form to a Signmee online form (using the online form builder)
2. The form can be sent directly to any contacts. The form will go directly into the contacts inbox. The contact will receive an email (or SMS) notification advising that there is a communication in their Signmee inbox to be actioned.
3. Once signed, the form is locked and date stamped (audit trail).
4. The sender is notified that the form is signed.

PROCESS 2 to illustrate....

1. A business converts a paper form to a Signmee online form (using the online form builder)
2. The business publishes a link to the form on their website
3. When a user opens the form, they can view the form. When they try to respond, they are asked to sign in to their Signmee account. If they do not have one, they are prompted to create one before signing the form. Once the user is authenticated, the form is automatically added to their Signmee Inbox. The user can sign/store the form.

TIPS: You may want to look at Wufoo forms (although their design is too cartoony for my liking). Signmee also crosses into the eSign market, so Signinghubb and Echosign and Docusign. Signmee is a combination of online form builder, with eSign workflow.

SIgnmee is currently used by schools, however we are soon to release the business version which will be targeted at small business, governement and various other industries. Basically any industry with a need for an online forms management system. Industries who ask customers to complete application forms or any other response form.
