Signmee website - illustrate a process

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their graphic design

I am in the process of creating a new website for signmee.com to replace the existing one. I have got a basic template (look and feel) that I would like to adhere to. This can be seen in the attached file. What I am after is an illustration to explain how Signmee works, to be displayed on the site. I have shown roughly what I want (highlighted in yellow in the attached file called Website draft). Obviously my example is very crude/rough. I would like a simple graphic created to show the flow of Signmee.
Essentially, Signmee is an online forms management system. What makes Signmee special is the fact that online forms can be sent to customers personal Signmee inboxes. From the inbox, a user opens a form and responds/signs it. The form is then stored in the Inbox for later reference. Once a form is signed, a copy of the response is immediately available for the sender.
