is this for a mobile website not for a normal website design with 950px in width !!? , really it's fuzzy

Hi! Sorry for the confusion. This is for a normal website. Please review the attached document - the .pdf document with wireframes. There are layouts for all of the pages. But I only want a design for one homepage, at first. Then, after I provide feedback, I also want a design matching the homepage, for the internal Checking Account page. When I say it must be "mobile friendly" I mean that the design should be created so that we can develop it responsively - so that it will adapt to other layouts.
