If i got it right, you'd like to have the bungalows rendered on the aerial image you've uploaded? How many pages and what size would you like the brochure to be?

an aerial illustration of the subdivision is the most important image i need to create. 

I need to capture the 10 over water lots on an island of their own which is nothing more than a white sandy central road. At the entrance of the subdivision is a gated entry and a small wooden bridge from the main gate connecting to the main white sandy road. The only thing above water is the main road down the middle of the 10 lots. You can see the layout of the 10 lots, but imagine each bungalow over water connected to the main road by a wooden bridge. This is what I need to capture in the illustration.

I really only need a 2 page brochure, but the main image in the middle 2 pages can be a large illustration of this layout.

* Sundecks face towards the bays, not the road. Make sure a few of them have some pools and hammocks.


* All lots are completely over crystal clear water. The vegetation and land you see in the areas where the bungalows would be built will be dredged and cleared so bungalows are completely over water.

* No cars in the development, only golf carts. show a few golf carts parked by bungalows.

* Show a few boats docked next to the bungalow.

* Need to show gated entry with some sort of entry monument to show this is a gated development

* Not only a 90degree angle aerial rendition directly on top of development, but illustration will also need a rendition with a 45degree angle to show the development with some frontal elevation perspective of the development.

One more clarification -
You need
1.Only Aerial Site plan
2. Aerial view of all 10 with site plan and Rendering and Floor plan for all or one over water Bungalow will do ?
