Illustration Design Brief

As you can see I am not the most creative designer.

I need an aerial rendition of the Site Plan, this is the most important image i need to create.

I need to capture the 10 overwater bungalows on an island of their own with nothing more than a white sandy road (see survey / illustration). At the entrance of the subdivision is a gated entry that opens to the main white sandy road. The only thing above water is the main road down the middle of the 10 bungalows. The white sandy road has a nice wooden seawall, Polynesian style and wooden bridges supported by overwater pilings connect each bungalow to the main white sandy road. You can see the layout of the 10 lots in the attached illustration and aerial, but imagine each bungalow overwater connected to the main road by individual wooden bridges. This is what I need to capture in the aerial site plan.

I am looking for the site plan of the development from an aerial perspective. I have attached aerial images, surveys, and pictures of what we are looking to create. This site plan will need to touch on the various points of over water living at shown in the attached PDF.

Along with the site plan, I will also need renderings of the bungalows as well as the floorplans.

I am using these illustrations to make a marketing brochure, but the main image for the brochure will be the aerial site plan.

Any over water bungalow and floorplan renditions are a plus.

MUST have aerial illustration / rendition of overwater development site plan as shown on the actual survey, but with color, design, creativity.

The main road has a polynesian wooden seawall. The bridges that connect each bungalow are wooden over wood pilings. You can see the layout of the 10 lots, but imagine each bungalow over water connected to the main road by a wooden bridge. This is what I need to capture in the illustration.
