I read the outline, and saw the requirement that the final artwork be delivered in Publisher. This is a non-standard graphics application. Would it be possible for the final artwork to be delivered in an industry-standard graphics application, such as InDesign or Illustrator, along with PDF? You can certainly contact us for any future changes that you might need (with minimal to no cost).

That seems reasonable. I'll change the guidelines to say we would *prefer* Publisher but Adobe PDF is acceptable. The most important thing is the quality of design. Thank you for actually reading our posting carefully. Kudos.
