Card Design Brief
3.5" x 2.5" playing card size. Two sided design, color is alright. Front side, City of Davenport Pet License, and back side would be City of Bettendorf Dog License.
*Note both cities have different licensing requirements, dates and pricing.
Local License Fees
The City of Davenport requires that all dogs and cats be licensed over the age of 6 months. Pet owners must purchase a license for their pet within thirty days of the date the pet is initially given the rabies vaccine and annually within thirty days’ time of the date of the current rabies vaccination. Licenses can be purchased at the Humane Society of Scott County with verification of a current rabies vaccination signed and administered by a licensed veterinarian.
Annual license fees are:
Neutered/spayed (altered) dog or cat – $10
Non-altered dog or cat – $30
To License: Current identification & current rabies vaccination certificate and bring to Humane Society of Scott County

The City of Bettendorf requires every dog over 6 months of age be licensed. Licenses can be purchased at the Humane Society of Scott County . Pet licenses must be purchased prior to January 31 of each calendar year. Pet owners applying for a license must present a certificate of current rabies vaccination signed and administered by a licensed veterinarian.

Non-altered dog – $25
