I am very interested in your project but the budget seems a little low for the work that is required especially as you want custom design for each picture card and for each suit, plus the other card artwork (55 total) and the packaging design for the outer box.

An increased budget would attract the top designers on Design Crowd. This would achieve a finish nearer to the quality of the artwork shown on your sample card designs you provided as reference material.

Just a suggestion to offence intended.
