I need to make sure I will get at least some designs that meet my specifications. I haven't seen any so far that have a clear sales funnel.

It is very important to me that the design has a clear sales funnel for new clients.
It is also important that after the design is finished and implemented that I can make changes to it in WP/ Divi Builder. So I will want something that is easily modified on the back end (no complex code).
