Wordpress Design Brief

I need my website www.mendoveda.com re-skinned. It is a wordpress site with Divi Builder.
I need a clearer funnel for new clients on the home page.
The funnel should provide questions for the potential client to answer. I can provide these, but I need a better funnel mechanism I think,
Possibly a video on the home page. Or an area of a video that I can change out.
So a better landing page is KEY!
The funnel should reroute to a video page and I should get informed when new clients enroll in the funnel.
Maybe I need a management system for this, but I need a recommendation.
Now I am using forms manager.
I need to be able to make changes using wordpress and/or Divi Builder.
The website should have a clean and spiritual feeling.
I can provide many more pictures and higher resolution.
