The current budget suffices for Homepage uncoded psd design only - not full site designed or CSS coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this low budget

Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

I just wanted to ask if this is a mock up web design or not ? the job type is on "Uncoded-PSD Only" but i've seen on your description that you prefer to have it coded. Please clarify immediately. TY

I am open to either a coded or non-coded solution. Since the site already exists in HTML form and I am ok with updates to the existing design, I thought that coded may be easier. However, I didn't want to exclude those who wanted to create a brand new design, and may not have the skills or desire to code the design.

So roughly... if you want to create a new design, it is ok to submit a non-coded solution. If you want to update the current design, it may be easier to make the changes to the HTML and CSS and submit a coded entry.

I have updated this project to require a coded solution. I have also increased the budget, added a payment for 2nd place, extended the closing date, and guaranteed payment.

It is ok to submit a non-coded entry until we have decided it is worth coding. However, keep in mind the final design should be able to scale down to mobile phone size.

Thank you every one for your submissions. At this stage, I am going through the various ideas presented in the designs, and will compile a list of what I would like to have in the final design. Hello everyone. Sorry for the delay. Compiling a list took much longer than expected. It's now available as a series of mockups in the Files section (the file is Website-prototype.zip). To see the mockups, download and unzip the file and open the index.html in a broswer. Please use the "View Plain" links to see the best versions of the pages. Images have been stored in the repoimages directory. Please use the png versions as a starting point for any modifications to be made.

Note that the Sign-Up page still remains to be added. I will let you know when it is ready.

Note that at this point, I am looking for responsive HTML as the finished product.
