Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Dont work on logos - so please provide logo first to start with.
The current budget suffices for 2-3 pages psd design only with CSS,XHTML coding max - no full site or more pages designed or complex coding or wordpress backend integration involved.
The current budget is in Singapore dollar which is much lower than USD...
