Web Design Brief

We need a responsive web design for a new popup advertisement network company Popmonetize.com based in Newport Beach, California.

We need the design for the main site as well as the interface design for the member portal login area.

Below is the requirement and concept for the website / portal. 

1. With reference to http://popundertotal.com/  (Overall  home layout design and menu bar can follow this website (except the homepage banner section) ,color theme change to #81D8D0)

2. Integrate 3 step process in the homepage for easy reference. Follow the concept in the website below but use better graphic and images to present. Can integrate this in homepage banner section.

3.  Use the nice look ad tag line in the homepage banner section as well. Can refer to the site below.
