Hi John. Thanks for amending those designs so quickly. I don't have any amendments at all, and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the design. I'll be meeting the rest of the team tonight to feedback on designs. All going well, we'll be selecting your winning design later today. I do have 2 quick questions:

1. Is it intentional that the dash under the letters are not equal sizes?
2. We were thinking about adding our tagline "when diversity matters" to the logo, do you think we should, or would it be "too much"?
