As Creative Director of the US based international publication, Luxe Beat Magazine my style is having an impact on the luxury magazine market. Previous to this I was the Art Editor for the Sunday Express Magazine based in London. I am also building a name for myself as a travel writer and journalist, working assignments from the UK, France and US. My passion for fine cuisine has landed me the ongoing opportunity to work with Chef Katherine Frelon as a sous chef in her ongoing UK cooking programmes. In my free time, I enjoy perfecting culinary skills, experimenting with recipes and cooking techniques learned from interviewing some of the finest chefs in the world.
