The idea of creating something beautiful and adding to it is quite fascinating, isn’t it? Courtney Averett always knew that she was meant to be a visual artist for as long as she can remember. Her gift of creativity stems from both sides of her family and constant exposure to the world of visual art. Ever since her father taught her how to draw around the age of four, she loved creating art for art’s sake and self-expression. As she matured, she became drawn to surrealism, realism, optical illusions, the abstract, and digital art. Her creativity heightens whenever she is feeling intense emotions, which can be as beautiful as love, fascination, and captivation or as unpleasant as heartbreak, fear, and loathe.
