Story is set in Caribbean. 45-year-old Ex-DEA agent is hunted by corrupt politicians, DEA and cartel. He is a life-long fisherman and seaman who joined the Army after college and became a war hero, followed by 10 years as operative for the DEA. Betrayal from Washington saw him accused of killing his mentor/friend/DEA Director and he is now a fugitive.
