Website for a health information tech company

This is what CarePredict, Inc. was looking for in their Wordpress design

I need a website for a new startup company, CarePredict, Inc. that specializes in healthcare information technology. CarePredict is a monitoring system that uses wearable sensors and predictive algorithms to detect when an elderly persons health is declining and triggers progressively higher levels of interventions.

The site needs to be very simple, elegant and initially will have minimal information as company and product is still under development and is in a stealth mode. I like the caremerge.com website as it has a "single page" look and feel with sliding vertical sections. Ideally the sections would be "Home", "Technology", "Customers", "News", "About Us" and "Contact Us". The contact us should have a contact form that gets sent to an email address.
