Website for an electrical contractor :)

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their web design

We are after a web site which can show pictures of our jobs and our capability in a professional, creative and easily understood way.

We really want a visually good looking website with three sections

Section one:
'Completed projects'
We have a few pictures of jobs which we've completed and would like to show off with a brief description. (see uploads)

Section two:
'Our capabilities'
Just a list of what services we offer

Section three:
We would like a 'contact us' section which people can send us a short msg and upload a file for plans to be able to send to us. We would need their name, phone number and email details. We would also need a short privacy policy saying 'we do not disclose information to third parties'.
We also want to display our contact number and postal address
