Need a new website for my new winery…previous one lost in divorce to my cheating ex wife…sigh. Calling it Alimony Cellars. Want it to look like a wedding sight…calligraphy writing…black and white…with some black roses…want the look of a invitational wedding site…celebratory! To ensure flawless berries reach the fermentation process, we hand-sort grapes as soon as we get them into the winery. Our open-top, double-jacketed fermenters allow precise temperature control during "cold soak" periods and primary fermentation -- essential for color, flavor, and tannin extraction.
