This project is threefold:

1 - we have a psd that needs conversion to html/css

2 - we have a new design for the home page already in html/css. we need the 1 & 2 converted into a wordpress theme

3 - we need a new design for the documentation pages, inspired by https://developer.mozilla.org/en/HTML/HTML5, also as part of the wordpress theme
