Upgrade website from just a link tree to a full adult content site with payment gateway.

I would like to upgrade my website SluttyLibra.com and turn it into a pay site with a payment gateway to my content. I would like to use Wordpress. The designer needs to produce a front page with membership sign up link, payment gateway which would then provide access to the content page. We would need to be able to then go in and edit (if necessary) and load all of the content. We would like this to be as easy as possible and already have paid for a Wordpress license. We could simply allow access to our godaddy/Wordpress account so you can build it once all the details are confirmed. Needs to be simple to upload and have a format all set to go where we would just log in and do it. May need directions or a tutorial to get us started on the path.
