Open source software project needs static website design

This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their web design

I am looking for a contemporary static web site design and accompanying logo for my open source software project "Superscribe". The project is a library that deals with URLs in web API development and is very cutting edge so this will need to be reflected in the design.

The logo should be modern and striking and derived from the character ? (lower case esh). I would like ideally a bold header then a minimal off-white main content area.

The main section on the front page will need to pick out and highlight features of the project using images and larger text, while other pages on the site will primarily feature documentation and code samples.
