This is what NeoTek was looking for in their web design
There are about 3,000 community learning centers where people from underprivileged / marginalized communities can learn about basic technology topics like: how to use computers, how to use Internet (create an email, join and use social networks, etc.), how to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and so on... This is very useful for them because it gives them opportunities to find / get a better job and improve their standard of living.
Well, this website is an online community for those men and women (the promoters) who are responsible for leading the centers. They coordinate all the activities in the centers and they teach their students.
The website has two main objectives: 1) create culture about the importance of the promoters role in their communities and 2) create a place where promoters can learn, take online courses and share best practices.
