Prototype Web Design Project

This is what Macleay Partners was looking for in their web design

Hi,
We are looking to develop a prototype website for a business concept. The business is a take on crowdsourcing and the basic design concept is attached. Also attached is a draft database with sample data which should drive the database (happy for changes to be made to the database to facilitate the design of the website).

We are looking for a clean simple design, utilizing the attached logos and colors. The site needs to be very user friendly as people of all ages will be using it. We have identified the following websites as designs which we like and should provide some guidance:
