A Squad Hoodie (Swiss Army) for a medic squad

This is what a business in Switzerland was looking for in their t-shirt design

Hello!
I would like to create a hoodie for my squad (Swiss Army). It will feature a main illustration on the back, which may also serve as the basis for our squad flag.
We are a medic squad. My only requirement is that the design include a bat, our symbolic animal. I’d like the design to feel classic and refined (not edgy). A minimalist aesthetic with a strong, distinctive style would work well. The bat should be stylized, not photorealistic. A subtle red moon could be a nice additional element.
The hoodie color is flexible — whichever best complements the design.
The hoodie will also feature the text “Section Muscionico” (placement is flexible), as well as the list of squad members on the lower back.
