T-Shirt Design for: HHH - Hardy Heroes Huddle - Growing Leaders

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their t-shirt design

We need a T-shirt design (front only) for a group of eight people studying a leadership development training program called HERO’S JOURNEY by Darren Hardy.
We have diverse backgrounds and seven members of the group live in the western states of the US and one lives in Australia.
We study one module of the program every two weeks on our own then meet via Zoom to review, discuss and share what we've learned. We do this to encourage each other and hold ourselves accountable for doing the work.
We'd like to have an attractive T shirt to help strengthen and build connection within our group.
The program is really challenging, so we need to encourage each other as much as possible to stay strong and keep growing.
The design should reflect the achievement of a heroic adventure, and convey simplicity, clarity and certainty.
We'd like to see a design for a black T-shirt and a bright red T-shirt.
