Canadian Volleyball apparel business needs a embroidery hoodie/crewneck design

This is what a business in Canada was looking for in their t-shirt design

We need a design for an upcoming release of products, we want this to be an embroidered piece. This means no small negative spaces, limited colour use and no tiny details. The vision for this design is to have a volleyball player diving and digging the ball with the phrase "Can you dig it?".
