Add on to current hand/wrist tattoo for arm sleeve

Hello, just got a tattoo on my hand that extends up past my wrist . The tattoo is a skill with smoke going out of its eyes. I’ll attach photos of it, I just want to figure out what I could add to it to extend my ear to either a half or full sleeve. Related to the theme of the current tattoo.
