Specific Character, "Vin", Tattoo

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their tattoo design

I want a tattoo that will be no larger than 3in x 4in that will be placed on my right flank at my bra line. The tattoo is of a character from a novel, her name is Vin. You can read more about the character here: https://mistborn.fandom.com/wiki/Vin
Artists who do not take time to understand the visual look of this character will not have their work considered for this job. I have a pin on my backpack of this character (see photo) and am thinking of doing something either similar to that or in black and white. I need someone to draw up a tattoo for me that will meet my size requirements. Her mist cloak design is especially important to me. She does not need to be holding daggers for this tattoo and I would prefer she wasn't holding anything. Read more
