One piece Anime forearm tattoo sleeve

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their tattoo design

Im looking for an artist to do a “one piece” anime arm tattoo sleeve. I would prefer someone who is currently watching the anime as the attention to detail and the character analysis are critical to this project.
Main elements would evolve around luffy’s final form “joyboy” aka nika the sun god, utilizing his steam/smoke to incorporate other female nude characters. If possible id like to keep the bright colors to a minimum, however im open to suggestions if an area would be better highlighted with brighter colors. My main thought would be to have luffy with his steam billowing in his final form incorportate two female characters(nude) with the steam wrapping around them covering the breasts partially and the vagina. Ill leave a few characters in the files below as well as a starting canvas featuring luffy in his final form.
