Great Wave off Kanagawa & Otters

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their tattoo design

I'm wanting to create a forearm tattoo that wraps around my whole forearm. On one side will be something like The Great Wave Off Kanagawa but without the boats. On the other side, in calm waters, will be two Sea Otters holding hands with three smaller otters around. The otters would preferably be more cartoon, cutesy like and not realistic (see attached image I have on a tshirt). The idea is to have it look either like a wave is approaching the otters or has just passed (so a matter of perspective).

The circumference of my forearm is 11.25" in the general area that I'd like it. I don't want this to cover my whole forearm, just have it be a band that is a few inches tall. I'll put it up close to my elbow. Read more
