new Polynesian tattoo - should be easy because i need it to match my current tattoo's

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their tattoo design

I am wanting a neck tattoo design that had the below
1) Polynesian
2) match the tattoos i have now (see 3 pics)
3) Include some sort of tablet or scroll (that is outlined in Polynesian)
4) Includes the verbiage on the scroll of "Vive et vive sed noli me calcare"
5) See enclosed picture to see the placement of the new tattoo. Wanting it where the marker is on both sides on the lower neck. Will probably get the same tattoo on both sides for symmetry. Read more
