Family tat, first tattoo at 34

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their tattoo design

All my kids have a middle name starting with J. Archie, Sonny, Lainie in age order older to youngest. Was thinking a J in the middle with the letters around it and G for Gilbert underneath or something like that. Maybe in a compass style or watch or anything that you might think will look good. Was thinking of it being on the chest and eventually adding more down the shoulder and arm. My drawing is bad but something like that. Can incorporate anything around it to do with home, family, love , respect and loyalty. This is more of a starting piece. It does not have to be a watch or compass.
