Back piece tattoo BRING AN IDEA TO LIFE!!

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their tattoo design

I have an idea for a tattoo of a women's arms coming from my sides up to around mid back, leaving light red/pink scratches all over mid to upper back that flow/change into cherry blossoms up top around upper back and shoulders. I would like the arms and scratches to be a realistic look with the arms having tattoos/ rings ect. The cherry blossoms i am open to many styles such as realistic, Japanese, water color ect. I would also like Japanese wring down spine through middle of design saying "Pursuit of Pleasure"
