Church needs a street sign design

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their signage design

We're a small church located in Silicon Valley, California. Our website is https://www.cccsanjose.org/ and our address is 2030 Camden Ave, San Jose, California, 95214. You can look up our location on Google Maps to see the sign from Street View. I have uploaded an image of the street sign as well. The marquee, the top section of the sign, and the separating line between them both will be removed. We're seeking a design for a new backlit acrylic insert that will go on the front of the light box and the back of the lightbox. The acrylic sign will fill the entire external frame. In the future, we may build a decorative wood frame around the structural legs, as visualized in one of the uploaded files. The church's brand colors are: #003366 (dark blue), #ff6600 (vibrant orange), #228b22 (forest green). I have also uploaded the church's logo assets.
