This is what Signarama was looking for in their signage design

Our customer is looking for a new monument sign design. I have attached pictures of the existing sign. Our client base is located in Palm Springs, CA (desert enviroment). The name of the restaurant is KOBE Steakhouse. See their website for look and feel of their font style koberanchomirage.com.
City ordinances does not allow for monument signs to exceed 8 feet in height and 10 feet in width.
Are environment is desert, please take that into account in designs.
