PowerPoint Design Project for presentation to Atlanta City Council

This is what Collier Heights Project was looking for in their PowerPoint design

We need a powerpoint design to convince the Atlanta, GA City Council to allow us to build 87 single family homes in a historic district of the city.

The City wants to ensure that the project complies with the historic character of the neighborhood. We want to show them that it will not only comply, but will provide tax revenue and jobs and will also make minimal impact on the historic character. This is a historically black neighborhood where Martin Luther King Jr. once lived, and we want to show respect for the neighborhood but want to provide badly needed economic stimulus. I have a brochure (for a similar project) that provides some nice graphic elements which I will provide to the designer, along with graphics of the house we want to build. So we need a coherent design incorporating the message inserted into a PPT. Read more
