I am presenting a paper at a Project Management conference. I have 40 minutes i.e. 30 mins of presentation and 10 mins for questions. The abstract of the paper is:

ICT project team member selection is typically not as rigorous as work team or management team selection. The emphasis is on eligibility attributes such as track record, qualifications and availability rather than suitability factors such as cultural fit with the organisation, role fit within the team and appropriate personality traits. This paper examines the composition of the project team as a factor in team dynamics and project success.
