You're the Boss Podcast Cover Art

This is what Readily Random Media, LLC was looking for in their podcast design

Need cover art for a new podcast called You're the Boss. The O in Boss should be red. The cover art should be reflective of people, passion, and purpose and have a very high-end, professional speaker/influencer vibe to it. I threw something together borrowing from the HUGO BOSS typeface and logo which I've attached. But, it's super basic in feel, and I would like to see something more sophisticated. I've also included two headshots the can possibly be used, but are definitely not a requirement. If one of the images is used, the red hat MUST stay red, but the rest can be B&W and I almost prefer it.
Colors preferred are Black, White, Red and either Gold or Silver. Not sure which I actually like better.
Please do not use the word "podcast" anywhere on the design. Read more
