Abenefit2u Funnel

This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their Photoshop design

We need to have a funnel image designed to show how our business process works. We are recruiters working within the UK pensions and benefits market. This image will be used mainly in web / email communications.
A word document is attached showing the general idea.
The 'circles' and one 'star' at the top of the funnel signify applicants applying to a role and the process then involved in reducing applicants to a shortlist of top candidates for the client.
The green should stay the same/similar as this is our company colours, the logo would need to be included somewhere too (maybe not on the funnel) The arrows are there to demonstrate the circles and star are moving into the funnel but if this could be depicted in different way, that would be fine. We are not fussed on shape / colours of circles - purely a abstract thought to represent one 'star' in amongst many others...
