International e-commerce business needs packaging design

This is what World of Data Ltd was looking for in their packaging design

We need a design that can be printed onto clear/see through Polypropylene bags to advertise our products and brand (We sell Electronic accessories such as cables and adapters but are expanding into other areas as well).

The bags we will be using will be of varying sizes ranging from roughly 15cm x 15cm up to 40cm x 40cm

We have attached a file (example 1 file) that show what we consider a good example of the sort of design we are looking for.

We would also like to have a new company logo as well though this is not critical so if someone comes up with a good alternative to our current design (also attached) we are more likely to choose a designer who comes up with a logo as well.
We are open to a complete revamp of the logo but we do want to keep the colour theme of rich red & grey/silver and also its shape (roughly).
