The creation of a company logo that reflects our company's image. We are an urban in-fill development firm that specializes in residential for sale product. Our product emphisizes highly articulated modern architecture with bold colors and very creative sustainable materials. The open spaces and landscape areas are drought resistant and use unique and exotic flora and fauna. We use LEED certification to authenticate our contribution to the community and the economy. We are leading the new urbanism movement of today's development industry.

Please incorporate the ~ (tilda) over the second n, and the accent symbol over the u in Nunez.
