This is what Peak Collaborative was looking for in their logo design

Earlier this year, I started the Peak Collaborative in order to focus on projects that work on "Unleashing the human potential for good through leadership, culture, and education." The word "peak" has dual meaning: first as a reference to "peak performance," and second because I talk about an organization/individual's goals as a mountain peak...so mountains should definitely be incorporated in the design.

Right now this is an outlet for my own work, but there is a vision for building a team down the line. My work thus far has been facilitating professional development training for teachers & administrators, leadership development training, school culture assessments & consulting, workplace professional development training, 1-on-1 goal-achievement coaching, and strategic planning/project-management facilitation & consulting.
