Solar vision windscreens

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their logo design

Solar vision windscreen
solar glass can either be a vehicle windscreen or flat laminated glass and is designed for reducing the heat that comes through the glass by more than 60% than the original glass the vehicles & machinery come from the factory with. it will predominately used in the mining industry (vehicles, haul packs & excavators etc...)

attached is my current company logo.
i would admire my original logo being used however i would be happy with a completely new concept also.
if you have a concept that would work for both products it would be great. (Example pit tough logo with something bouncing off the graphic and pit tough solar the suns rays bouncing off the graphic)
please keep colours in mind with the solar product as its designed to reduce heat ( hot : red orange yellows)
(cold : blues and greens)
