Fresh New Logo for Property Development Company

This is what Smartcorp (please see brief in regards to spelling options) was looking for in their logo design

Hello Designers,

We are a property group.... we have several names for the various parts of the business, such as Smart Build for the construction side of things.
We also do real estate sales, marketing, property management, development and so on.....

We are looking for a new logo to encompase all this under the new banner of 'Smart Corp'

We are not sure how to spell this:
- SMART CORP
- SMARTCORP
- Smartcorp
- Smart corp
- SmartCorp
- Smart
Corp
- SMART
CORP
and so on...

We will settle with what looks best and what is industry standard with business names that use the word 'corp' in them.
